This comic book sold for 47.4% of Overstreet guide value. Not even the second appearance of Krypto could save this one. I still think it’s a great deal for the buyer though.
Tales of Suspense #40, Marvel Comics, (4/63), graded by CGC at 4.0 with White pages sold on Comic Link for $218.00 on December 17th. Overstreet price guide value for this comic at 4.0 is $304.00. This comic book sold for 71.7% of Overstreet guide value. The second Iron Man appearance sells for a bargain 6 months before the Iron Man 2 movie release. Cheap!
All Star Western #10, DC Comics, (2-3/72), graded by CGC at 6.0 with Off White pages sold on Comic Link for $105.00 on December 15th. Overstreet price guide value for this comic at 6.0 is $105.00. Lots of hype on this book as the build up to the movie picks up. I think Hex will be a much more mainstream character post movie and thus think paying guide for this book is a good buy.

This comic book sold for 51.7% of Overstreet guide value. Vulture Appearance! How does a 20 cent Amazing Spider-Man graded 9.2 with White Pages sell for ½ guide? I wish I knew about this one.

A great pick up for the buyer.
