I don’t think I’ve kept quiet about being a fan of master comicbook artist Jacques Tardi. The fact is – I want to go back and redo my review and then do another one on The Bloody Streets of Paris, because those two are some of the best crime – hell, some of the best comic books ever published.
Any way, here’s Fantagraphic’s bare-bones video for their next Tardi publication It Was the War of the Trenches. Check it out, ’cause so far all it’s got is 89 views.. which is a crime.
