  1. I’ve always felt that the Hulk was more of a monster/thriller comic, not a superhero. And was he successful? First series only lasted 6 issues.

  2. 100% agreement on your last point re DC movies – nice to think that people will want to watch superhero movies for the next forty years, but seems unlikely. DC not feeding the channel is hurting them. The Marvel formula works – one or two sequels with the same character, each time introducing characters that will get their own movies if all goes well. (I continue to be confused about why I can’t find anything about Guardians I with Stallone etc. – I would think that at least there would be a story about why that movie is _not_ being made.)

    Speaking of which, I thought it strange that you discussed Black Goliath as if he was completely obscure, then moved on to talk about the Ant-Man/Wasp teaser – while Laurence Fishburne is presumably playing a prominent role in that movie as Bill Foster. Free Your Mind.
