  1. Book plates are signed to save shipping costs. It’s a lot easier to have a creator sign 100 single page bookplates and ship them back to CBLDF versus signing 100 hardcovers and having to pay for that shipping. A common practice; sometimes glued into the front of the book.

    Again you’ve talked about “all-ages” comics and referred to them as “kids” comics. Check out the Marvel announcement.
