Covered 365: Day 82

Catwoman #82 – DC Comics, February 1972 – Artist: Adam Hughes.

I also liked the cool robot cover to Famous Funnies #82 among a few others but this Adam Hughes cover is one of his best.

A great comic book cover matching each day of the year, 1 through 365. Please chime in with your favourite corresponding cover, from any era.

  1. Was this a final issue coyly teasing End of the Line up by the DC symbol? When Marvel cancelled Nova many years ago, after 24 issues saying he’s here, issue 25 read he’s gone.

  2. Good to see that we are on the same page but of course this is not Teen Age Love.

For #83 nothing stupendous. I will put Catwoman on my list, but the cover is just so darn dark that I can’t choose it.

I am picking Avengers #83. Not the greatest cover ever but I just really dig it. “Male chauvinist pigs!” has it so much over “#MeToo”.

    Others:

    Captain Marvel Jr.
    Catwoman
    More Fun (what the heck?)
Marvel Comics Presents (if you are looking for another Smith cover that is much better than Dr. Solar #3)
